I think it is still important give notification n to the imports mailing list 
when an import is going to be made. The whole point of the import mailing list 
is to keep everyone updated on which importa are being made and the procedure 
clearly states it should be done. 

Even if its just one email saying this import is happening in two weeks i think 
it is still important to keep people in the loop. You never know too some 
people might raise a red flag to one import. I know personally in North 
Carolina not all counties address data is created equal. Some is extremely 
accurate some counties haven't put any effort into it. We should just be 
careful.
