Details of the deletion can be seen on changesets such as

The DWG received a complaint that this import was of particularly poor
quality. Various people tried to contact the imported, with no luck:

If you believe that this data (or perhaps some of this data) is of good
enough quality to import, you'll need to follow the procedure at
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Guidelines , which includes
making a case for the import (looking at licence, data quality, etc.)
including messages to this list.
