No idea what should be done with vote outcome :/ (2) and https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposal_process#Notify (obviously message would be send to imports, not tagging) "Title: [Voting] Feature Proposal - <PROPOSAL NAME>" (3) I wonder whether author of proposal tried at least to consult DWG.
