Chairman: Thankyou. I have tried half a dozen times now to explain it to
him. I even explained about the fact that spam filters will reject such
mail. I considerd the possibility that it is a readability problem, but do
not get any response to this fact at all either.
I did not wish to lose a customer, so have been putting much more time into
this than I should have.
