That is exactly what Plugin1 does. I've been using it for quite a while and it works fine.
Do they use Outlook as their email client? If so, on the General tab (of Properties for that account), set the Email address to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and on the Servers tab set the Account Name to sales_abc. Whenever they send mail, it will show that it was sent from [EMAIL PROTECTED] When email is sent to them at [EMAIL PROTECTED], Plugin1 will alias that address to sales_abc. Also, when they check their email, it will use sales_abc as the account to check. This is exactly how it will work for the sales_xyz account and alias. This is the problem however. They must use an aliased mail account in their Email client. They cannot enter [EMAIL PROTECTED] for their POP settings, they would have to enter [EMAIL PROTECTED] to receive any mail. I was hoping there may be an alias to get around this problem. -Kerry At 03:47 PM 11/17/03 -0500, you wrote: >Here's an example: > >Company ABC >Email [EMAIL PROTECTED] >User sales_abc >Using aliasing, forword [EMAIL PROTECTED] to sales_abc >Their mail account is 'sales_abc' > >Company XYZ >Email [EMAIL PROTECTED] >User sales_xyz >Using aliasing, forward [EMAIL PROTECTED] to sales_xyz >Their mail account is 'sales_xyz' > >Let me know if you need further help. > >~Greg > > > > >Kerry Barlow wrote: > >>Hi all: Is there a plugin that upgrades the plugin1 useage for alias domain >>names? >>I have two domains, each wanting a mailbox named sales.
