This looks like botched spam. (Or possibly, intentionally botched spam; I've
been getting a lot of spam with headers that confuse TF and probably most
mail clients.) Usually, it disappears quickly - if it is truly screwed up,
it doesn't work for the spammers, either.
It usually isn't worth trying to fix the mail server to handle it. My
experience with TF is that as soon as I update TF to handle the mail, it
stops coming. So now I wait until I see something for several days before
bothering to fix it (unless it is a real bug in TF, of course).
