  It is a commercial service, and can be somewhat expensive if you're 
not an educational institution.

  Unfortunately, I can't tell you anything about using it with IMS, as I 
have used various other MTAs to relay/stop-spam/virus-scan my mail before 
it is given the IMS.  I'm sure someone else on list can.
