Hello Guilherme, Just to ask, is your SCSMfilter settings for Min and Max Threads set too high possibly? Low system resources could cause a crash.
To add additional "Found Virus Error Levels", simply add the additional levels to the pull-down list. AVP 2.2 supports as many as you enter.
