HI all: I have a client who is not receiving mail from columbiawholesale.com
I checked the incoming log and it shows the customer (Charley) receiving an
incoming email from Columbiawholesale. as follows
------------------------
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> [06/Apr/2004:13:59:40] 64.89.70.9
smtp01.gnvlscdb.sys.nuvox.net [EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
------------------------
1) I myself also sent a letter as a test to Columbiawholesale, and I too did
not receive the letter, yet it shows my reception as well in the inlog.
2) I did a file search on trash/spam and virus directories of IMS and do not
find the messages.
3) I checked the Mfilter spam.log and do not see the message number being
trashed either.
4) I do not have any delete settings enabled in TF or in any other filter on
my system.
How could these messages be missing?
I have just now added columbiawholesale.com to the TF exceptions list now
that I see the messages indeed came to my system. However I am concerned as
to where these messages went too?
 Any advice would be appreciated.
Thankyou to everyone.

Very respectfully, your obedient servant.
