I checked my version of Mfilter and it appears to be 3.3b. But I wouldn't guarantee that! I have tried downloading the latest version from Paul Sica but his FTP site is down due to a misconfiguration of his ISA server.

I then went to the Level 7 archive; but that only has the 3.3b version (or so the readme file says!)

Incidentally, Eric, Paul Sica's site says you need 3.3d not 3.3c as you suggest. Any comments?

Could some one please provide a copy of the latest version of Mfilter. I can't find one anywhere on the internet!

Where do you find this stuff? I thought the links on Paul's site haven't worked in a long time.

Are you using the latest version (May 18, 2002) of MFilter? Earlier versions had problems with threading (including turning it off). Indeed, Trash Finder
really doesn't work with older versions of SCSMfilter.

At least the last time I looked, you had to really search Paul's site to
find the most recent patch. The obvious links give you older, buggy versions
which you should not use.

TrashFinder works fine with threads with the latest SCSMFilter (I use 6 and
3), and I thought that AVP did as well.
