Hi Klint

I have been testing 0.51 for few weeks now

1. Runs reliably
2. I can restart the service with imsrestart.bat (from your WEB site)
3. Has decreased my workload with looping of email between the incoming and prein directories

However I am finding that it still passes email to accounts that do not exist
eg. [EMAIL PROTECTED] is being accepted but it is not in the alias file or domain users

It also seems to be getting the smtpds service a little upset with domains not being delivered to.
eg. I have sent emails to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Domain.MRI file
Domain-name: censis.com.au
Last-tried: 1089952922
Try-number: 31

If I send with another SMTP server it gets through
I do not remember having these types of problems with V0.48 SMTPRCV

Any ideas?

Brett

Check the IMS control panel accept mail for. SMTPDS generates the
failure messages and need to realize that the recipient isnt local and
deliver it to smtprs/smtprcv.

klint.
