This sound more like a DNS issue than an IMS issue. You should have the folks at eximiuus.com verify their DNS, and see what MX record they can locate for aabcdirect.com.
It would seem that eximiuus.com can only find correct MX records for Webfoot.Net. Remember the MSG file is really just a big remark. It has nothing to do with email routing, the cc found within it only hints that the sender meant to cc to aabcdirect.com. you wrote: > I have a client who was receiving email fine up until a few days ago.
