Thank you - that is very helpful. I thought it might be something weird like
this because theplanet.com is not exactly one of the most "reputable" ISPs
around...

This is interesting..

eximiuus.com's we site is served from theplanet.com, so I figured maybe
their mail is hosted there aswell..

So I assumed that there is probably a name server there called
ns1.theplanet.com.

I asked it what the MX record is for aabcdirect.com.
ANS: aabcdirect.com mail exchanger = 10 mail.aabcdirect.com.
Then asked what is the ip of mail.aabcdirect.com
ANS: 67.19.45.185

Then asked my own DNS server for mail.aabcdirect.com.
ANS: 209.235.219.194

67.19.45.185 is an address at theplanet.com
(185.67-19-45.reverse.theplanet.com)

209.235.219.194 is an address that you probably recognise
(res.webfoot1.inetu.net)

You and the guys at eximiuus.com need to pay a visit to theplanet.com with a
baseball bat.
