It's nothing more than a batch file that runs the perl spamassassin and
returns appropriate values for mfilter.

If better performance is needed then maybe bogofilter would be better
(written in C instead of perl).  It's a unix program so it needs some
changes to get it to compile under windows.  I haven't had the time to
dig into the code.
