In my case, I had to add SMTPRCV as an exception on the Data Execution
Prevention (DEP), in every Windows 2003 + IMS server that I configure.

Acess My Computer, Properties, Advanced, Perfomance Settings, Data
Execution Prevention, Turn on, Add, C:\IMS\SMTPRCV\SMTPRCV.EXE

Please inform if it works for you too.
