James,

Changes I'd made were only for our own build of the service.

Eric,

When did you make these changes? My MMS SMTPRCV says that it is Rev 0.51
but it is dated in 2005.

A) Added in capability to launch an external message filter manager before

the message is accepted for delivery.

B) Misc little things, for instance the SMTPRCV block-list rejection

message only allows for a single substitution of the IP address of the

delivering server into the rejection message using the %s% parameter, for

one. We use it twice, like this:

< Mailserver [%s] is blocklisted. Please see http://cbl.abuseat.org for

removal.policy. To use webmail to send an email message to an CompanyName

email address please visit

http://www.companydomain.com/spamfiltered/webmail.asp?IP=[%s] >

BTW, someone helped me find Delphi 7, so I'm a happy camper.

Regards,

Hi, Eric.

What enhancements did you made to SMTPRCV?

Guilherme
