| You can find the iwork 08 Folder in Application Folder. From that folder you can open the Old iwork 08 Applications. If you didnt find the iwork 08. Install the iwork08 from the DVD. But the problem is you cant open the iwork 09 projects. You can get the Following error.

Try booting you mac with the original install disc that came with it. Press
the key "C" to boot from the disc and open disk utility from the utilities
in the Menu bar and see if your hard drive is Alive. If not you might need
to replace the HDD.

may be ur HDD problem,
u can boot the OS disk from optical drive and press c button then try,
check HDD detccts or not,or else give any nearest apple authorised service
provider,
