Hi Mr.Anantha,
i think you haven't mentioned the virus problem in mac
in the service center.Thats fine.No probs.Just try these 2 steps.
1)click the file and press command+I-->Information box will open there
it will be showing as locked.you need to uncheck it.Then try to delete.Hopes
it will delete.
2)open terminal--->type rm and click and drag that file and press
enter.it will delete.before that assure that ou have unchecked the locked
box.
