sandeep, from what i've read, you DO break the EULA if you load os x on a hackintosh, but EULA's have a grey area in court
also if you own a legal copy of os x, it is not piracy, maybe a breach of eula, but not piracy ... otherwise apple would have sued and taken down the lifehacker page and at-least the hackint0sh site ...
