Hi 

Subhankar Sir,

i think as per me the best option is try to use another internal hd and install 
fresh copy of lion on new HD, By removing you current internal HD.
When lion installation is get completed successfully then use migration technic 
to migrate ur all data setting application from old to new hd.

then you can check it which are application are working and which are not...

So by this way you can make ur own decision for your query...
