In the Apple stores, we used to use their training center and use the project / screen to share information to other mac users. The agenda was usually the newbie would have questions while the experienced users would share how to get things done. The earliest my dates are available is on 15th of April (Sunday) and around 2pm onwards works for me. I can get a video camera and tripod to record the session, and upload it on YouTube later. If you can get someone to be the camera man to turn the tripod around the room that would be great.
