Dear Friends, I find lot of ads of Mackeeper which says "Slow Mac? MacKeeper will safely remove gigabytes of Junk from your Mac" They also claim they will scan for issues and speed up the Mac. Is it advisable to scan our Mac with it. Pls suggest....
