My bad. I misunderstood the "microphones" for "headsets". iBall and
Logitech make desktop microphones which are analog i.e. use the 3.5 inch
jack. However, if you want a better quality, definitely go for USB
microphones, of which there are plenty available in the market too. And
they all work completely well without any drivers in Mac, Windows and
Linux. Some known brands making such miss are Blue, Samson, Behringer,
Audio Technica, among others. I personally own and can recommend a Blue
Yeti or a snowball. Blue is great with quality as well as the the mics look
very cool with the macs. You can get them from Bajaao.com or any other
reputed music/audio store. I got mine from Amazon.com but that will cost
you extra shipping and handling plus customs.
