How about the iBall M27 (http://iball.co.in/Product.aspx)? You can also use a headset but I am assuming that you want just a mic. In that cast, you can look for bluetooth headsets. Most of them will work just fine with any mac.
P.S. While searching on flipkart, I also found this lapel mic http://www.flipkart.com/panasonic-rp-vc151-microphone/p/itmd7kk3bh5gg6qd?pid=MICD7KK3JNB5CXXV&ref=9b11b2d2-6f69-4259-9d1b-eaf109708060 There are also about a dozen desktop mics (like the logitech one) and other lapels by a company called "Ahuja" on flipkart and they are not very expensive either. I've not heard of the company before though and so I wouldn't necessarily recommend them to you unless you just need it for speech. The sensitivity and the quality matters most if you use them for singing or for recording instruments.
