Hi

Carbon client comes with possible setting where you can add files to backup 
which have changed and don't delete any old file. This is the option I use in 
settings.

I shall try to source USB to network cable for MacAir. Actually, I was not 
aware that one existed and how easy it is to set up the hardware using this 
cable
