Below mentioned stuff may be little long to read, but please go through it. It 
may happen with you too….My mac book pro got some issues like getting freeze 
every now and then while work. I was suggested to   update the machine and I 
got it done via apple guy who charged me although I am in apple protection 
plan. As a result, I got a new O.S 10.8 instead of my original 10.7.5 and 
machine got back to ok. But on the other hand all my third party softwares 
started creating compatibility issues. Like freezing of adobe photoshop or FCP 
etc.  I approached to Apple again and what I got after keeping patience for one 
month is nothing but a treatment proving me a foolish person who was trying to 
cooperate in all the best possible ways.

This is what, I wrote to apple after getting the last and the final call from 
the senior customer relationship executive Jade.

This is the reason friends that I travelled towards Mumbai for further 
solutions. I am based in Madhya Pradesh and travelled so far just to get this 
resolved and at last all this extra pressure on my pocket, I have to bear on my 
own…..
