Today's recipe is submitted by Cynthia...
Marinated Chicken
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
1 cup orange marmalade
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (3 pound) chicken (cut up and skinned)
Combine dressing, marmalade and soup mix in a large bowl
and mix well. Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover; and
refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange
chicken in 9x13-inch pan and bake 15 minutes. Baste chicken
generously, turn chicken over and baste again. Continue
cooking. basting chicken occasionally, 45 minutes or until
done.
