The  handbook mentioned that all projects in incubation state need to have 
the Eclipse incubator egg on their web site.

Doing some research, we thought we noticed some inconsistency in the 
application of this requirement, though it's very possible we just mistook 
some projects as being incubation projects.

I think the answer will be "yes", but we want to make sure the egg is 
still a requirement, given the OMR project is about to put up a new web 
site. The new web site design doesn't currently have the egg displayed 
anywhere (it doesn't really fit into our colour scheme) but we still want 
to do the right thing.

If the egg is required, are there any location / size requirements? Don't 
worry, we're not trying to make it invisible :) ... just asking as an 
extension of "want to do the right thing".
