Thanks, Wayne. That helps. But, what if we're trying to get one of these "in limbo" accounts listed as a proposed project lead? When I allow the Eclipse project proposal process to search for Nathan, it comes up blank... Will it help speed up the process if Nathan logs into http://projects.eclipse.org/?
