Once additional point is that derivative works of the Foundation's Eclipse logo requires EMO/Board review/approval. I.e., I know that the Board has had to review and approve a number of such derivative works in the past years...

If you copy the content to your project, please open a CQ that describes what you're doing so that the IP Team can track the fork.
