Hi, I, Niranjan Maturi, am interested in pursuing my Master of Science Program, in the Computer Science Department, in Oregon State Univ commencing Fall 2000. I am currently pursuing my undergraduation program in Dept of Electronics&Communications at JNTU College of Engineering, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India. I am in my final year and I have done the following courses as part of the curriculum - Programming in UNIX & C Data Structures using C/C++ Operating Systems Computer Organization Computer Networks MicroProcessor Programming (8086) Computer Programming using Numerical Methods in FORTRAN I have learnt C++, Java, and SQL/PLSQL, in addition to the curriculum courses, at a reputed Computer Institute. My GRE score is 1970 ( V=460 A=730 Q=780). My TOEFL score is 603. I have always been in the top 5% of my class comprising 60 students. I have also presented a paper on "Neural Networks - Present and Future" at University of Coimbatore, Coimbatore. Please apprise me of the chances of getting admission into your University into the Dept of Computer Science. I dont exactly know about my chances of getting admisssion into your university.
