my name is Sudharsan. i am doing my 4th year in B.E. Computer Science
and Engineering, at Hindustan College of Engineering,from the University
of Madras,Madras, India.
i have taken up my G.R.E. and scored 2120 (V-590, A-740, Q-790). i
have taken up my T.O.E.F.L too and scored 640. i have been scoring 72.3%
in my semester exams so far. i intend to apply for an M.S. in Computer
Science to your University.
i am interested in 'networks', 'system software' and 'compilers'.
what will the pre-requesites be for this specialization? for my college
project i shall be doing a 'parser', that will identify the number of
effective lines of code on any software written in VC++, Java or VB. can u
tell me what chances i will have of getting an admit+aid there ? can u
also tell me what the scene is like in the Computer Science department
there ? can you please guide me in this regard ?
