Dear students and family members,

India student association of OSU would like to invite you all to come
 celebrate with us:

 What: Diwali Party
 When: Saturday November 3rd 7:00pm
Where: Harding School Gymnasium (corner of Harrison/31st street)

I'm personally looking forward for all of us to get
better acquainted through games, dancing, food, and tons of fun!! Please
forward this invitation to students and families who might not be on this
 mailing list.

We'd like to have a potluck. Please bring one dish. For those living in
residence halls or those with no kitchen facilities, you can bring
uncooked items such as snacks, salads, or desserts...

I know that you may not know yet what dish you will bring, but if
possible please choose from the following four categories,
and email your choice to this address: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
This is just to assure that we don't end up with 1000 rotis and 1 chutney :)

 Some suggestions...
 Category:
 ---------
 ROTIS
 (10 rotis or 20 puris)

 RICE
5 cups rice (vegetable biriyani, lemon rice, curd rice, jeera rice..)

 SNACKS
 (10 samosas or 20 pakoras)
 (chutney, raita, or salad)

 CURRY
 (enough for 8 people)
(Sambhar, Chole, Matar Paneer, Dal, etc..)

IA will be providing drinks and plates.

With 150 students this year and new families, this is going to be a fun
