Friends,
The poison being spread by the current events has finally personally
touched us.
Saturday evening we visited Govind Deshmukh's place and Vrinda was
wearing a salwar-khameez. A young ~30 ish white male about 5'6-8" in a big
pickup 4X4 beige/maroon duel color apparantly followed us to the Kari palce.
When we got out and left to Govinds place, this person took pictures of our
car, and especially the number plate, taking care to remove a near by garden
waste dump in order to take a clear picture, and replaced it later. All
this was observed by a neighbour who kindly reported it to Govind and we
filed a police report. The police told us taking pictures is not a
crime,and nothing can be done. We need the community to maintain awareness
and report anything unusal.
Unfortunately, we could not get the number plate of the truck. Please be
on the watch out if someone is following you and note the liscence number
especially if it fits above description. And do call us so we can add the
plate number to the police report.
