First of all, I know that I shouldn't be replying this mail. It is

Two things here: First. whether you like it or not, almost everybody
has agreed with most all the decisions that Ian has made so far. And,

I'm gonna try to simplify it. Ubuntu uses GNOME and it isn't Gubuntu,
is it? I hope that now things are a little bit easier to understand.

If people want KDE so badly, I'm sure we will have packages in the
repository, and it will be up to you which desktop environment to use.
In fact, you could even help to maintain the packages if you want. :-)
