Why not? Indiana, as I see it, is a framework. Just remove GNOME and
you have the bare minimal liveCD to build upon. Add your favourite WM,
apps, customizations and I dont see how we can even call it indiana.

The amazing thing is the framework is first of it's kind. For ex,
Linux distros like Knoppix maually create the sorted list of files to
be placed on the CD to get a fast bootup. Things like this (and
Live-ness) are what everyone would like to do in their distros, but
dont want to goto the trouble of.

Indiana is setting all of this up for you. Thus Indiana should not be
considered anymore than a framework. The distribution curretnly coming
up is this framework + a popular desktop.
