Possible sources of work to leverage from to setup a central repository:
- SFW
- CCD
- spec-files-extra(SFE)
- Nexenta repos
- NetBSD repos
- Blastwave

The tooling used for SFE currently output SVR4 packages. I believe
they are being worked to output IPS packages. Enhancing the SFE
repository for the time being might be a easy means to quickly
populate the IPS repository once it is setup.

Shall we have setting up of IPS repository as a project proposal and
get going? Without this the utility of the distro is severely
constrained. If there is interest I would like to help with this
effort.
