It seems it was fixed in build 93 by
2156 filelist.ramdisk no longer needs to contain etc/zfs/zpool.cache

I have done recently 95 fresh install and just verified that
/boot/solaris/filelist.ramdisk no longer contains etc/zfs/zpool.cache
entry.

However, it seems that this file is not modified appropriately
during upgrade.
