SUNWxwplt in nv_96 and later should be substantially smaller due to the
fix of:
6727941 libX11 should not be built with -g in production code

I mentioned a reduction in uncompressed size of libX11 of 25Mb in the
mail I just sent, but forgot that the locale modules were also affected.
The total uncompressed size of SUNWxwplt shrunk from 46Mb in nv_95 to
16Mb in nv_96.

(Though just in case we're not the only ones to have made this mistake,
 I wonder if there's any sense in stripping the binaries when building
 the LiveCD/microroot.)
