Sh. abdussamad mohammed al katib - madeena munawwarah passed away in riyadh
last night.  He was 80 yrs. He was the eldest son of Hon. KM Moulavi, the
leader of salafi movements in Kerala. Funeral arranged after Asr prayer in
Riyadh.

he was a prof. of madeena university and had a number of students from Arabs
who are actively in dawa.  Sh. Ali Mattar of Bahrain is one among them.  Sh.
al Kateb was one of the rare scholars of Saudi who was expert in "Elmul
Faraedh"  (the inheritance law).

he was the eldest brother of our beloved sh mohiyuddin al Oamari Present KNM
Vise President, who was the great source of inspiration and wise guardian
for me and the old team members during the time of reformation of Indian
Salafi Centre to its new phase – Al Furqan Centre.

May Allah forgive him, bestow him a peaceful Barzakhi life, and open for him
Jannat al Firdouse – Ameen.
