Sh. al Kateb was one of the rare scholars of Saudi who was expert in "Elmul Faraedh" (the inheritance law). he was the eldest brother of our beloved sh mohiyuddin al Oamari Present KNM Vise President, who was the great source of inspiration and wise guardian for me and the old team members during the time of reformation of Indian Salafi Centre to its new phase – Al Furqan Centre.
