Then it may be some other species of *Mallotus* as pointed out by Neil ji in
the earlier Indiantreepix thread, but appears to be same as mine.The link:

gives numerous species of Mallotus of which the following are stated to be
found in that area:
*Mallotus barbatus** *
*Mallotus** khasianus** *
*Mallotus** philippensis** *
*Mallotus tetracoccus**
