Hi Dinesh, In Dr. Almeida's 'Flora of Maharashtra' it is also listed as Wedelia urticifolia. Wadelia urticaefolia is how it is spelt in Ingalhalikar's 'Flowers of the Sahayadris'. Regards, Neil.
