Hi all, After inserting your image, just copy the same image and go to edit in the word, there you can find paste and paste special options, and use paste special option to paste your image, then a pop up will come, there you select Picture (jpg). It will reduce the size of the file a lot but it will certainly reduce the clarity of the image but for that one can send the images separately as high resolution jpg files.
Hope this will work to reduce the file size in word. Regards, Stephen... On Sun, Sep 20, 2009 at 10:28 AM, Rakesh Biswas <[email protected]>wrote: > No I couldn't get it.
