Gurumurthi ji, very good query. The statistics are manually computed. The "Week" statistics are computed by Gurcharan ji, and the wider "Group" and "Site" related by Garg ji. The Group has not yet made any exercise of getting statistics of queries resolved vs unresolved at the end of Weeks, though a fair estimate is as Gurcharan ji stated. It requires time and lot of dedication and enthusiasm. Any member / moderator who finds time and enthusiasm for all such activities are welcome to adopt them. Regards. Dinesh
