Dinesh ji, Thanks for a hopeful response. I find an option "MARK AS COMPLETE" at the bottom of each mail. Can we use it when an Id is finally completed and confirmed ?... so that those marked "completed" can be sorted out easily and unmarked can be taken up for a revision again. Garg ji and other moderatorts may be having better ideas too !
