Thanks Dr.Phadke for your comments. According to Dr. Almeida's 'Flora of Maharashtra', Yadav & Sardesai's 'Flora of Kholapur District' and also Cooke's 'Flora of Bombay Presidency' the leaves of Anogeissus latifolia are alternate or sub-opposite. With regards, Neil Soares.
