Nice photograph Aamod ji. I too think this to be Epiphyllum oxypetalum. Its night blooming. I do not know why people call this as Bhamha Kamal, but as mentioned by you, true Bramha Kamal is Saussurea obvallata (seen at High altitudes in Himalayas).
