If you treat Synadenium as a synonym of Euphorbia, then the correct name
should be: Euphorbia umbellata (Pax) Bruyns [synonyms: *Synadenium
umbellatum* Pax (1894) ; *Synadenium grantii* Hook.f.]

If you treat Synadenium as an independent genus, then the correct name
should be:

*Synadenium grantii* Hook.f. (1867)

You cannot use *Euphorbia grantii* for this species, because there is
already an earlier *E. grantii* Oliv. (1875) for a different species.

*Euphorbia pubescens* (Pax) Bruyns is an illegitimate name, as it is
preoccupied by *E. pubescens* Vahl (1791)
