I tried to copy the pictures posted by you at number of links. I found there
was no problem.
Thus these can anyway be misused by anybody.
However, copyright violations should be dealt appropriately.
One way is to bring to notice such defaulters to everybody so that they at
least they get the bad name.
If any 'Indiantreepix' member is found doing so, he will be banned from the
group along with the disgrace he will be getting when brought to the
knowledge of everybody here.
