Dear Pankaj ji, Garg ji and all the members of Indian Treepix, Indian Law on Copyright is very strong, stronger then US and UK. Unfortunately it is not tried properly in the Indian Courts. Once I was told by a Lawyer that it is difficult to fight the case only because he had no idea what the photographer copyrights are. I suggest that if yr copyright rights are violated then pl see different Photo agency web sites to check the law. One of my friend just won the case against Associated Press. Regards. Satyendra
